About the Library

The Shapiro  Library’s collections provide knowledge-based resources essential to the academic endeavors of SNHU faculty and students. The best place to start a basic research query is with SUMMON. Just type a keyword into the SUMMON searchbox and search the many  books, e-books,  journals, magazines, newspapers and, reports in our collection. You may limit your search by content type, subject or publication date.

For more specific information, you may wish to search the Online Catalog to locate books and e-books or the many individual Databases/Electronic Resources to locate articles in magazines, journals or newspapers. Subject/course related Research Guides are also helpful when researching in a specific discipline or major.
