·   generally easy to use
·    satisfies your urge to work online, no look-ups or need to carry book around
·   most sites have disclaimers and include referrals to the print handbooks for each style
Cons:
·   Not every style or information format included
·   Not necessarily perfectly up-to-date
Neutral:
·   Does not absolve you of responsibility for correct citation any more than Spell Check absolves you from proofreading!
