Campus Remote Orientation Guide

Here you can find all you need to know about what returning to SNHU will look like in a virtual environment

Time Management / Organization

It was hard to organize myself remotely in the spring. Can I get some help managing time/getting organized?

Yes! We heard from many students that they needed help setting up some strategies for success or just wanted to meet weekly with an academic coach to help them stay organized and on task. We’d love to help! To request a meeting with an academic coach, please just complete the request form here This link opens in a new window – and someone from our academic coaching team in the Learning Center will contact you!

Tutoring

Is tutoring still available?

Free and available as always! The Wolak Learning Center will continue to offer ‘drop in’ and appointment-based tutoring virtually. Additionally, the Learning Center will offer a live chat and will be piloting a 24/7 online tutoring service for some courses. Please visit the Learning Center mySNHU site This link opens in a new window for updated information.

Advising

Can my advisor help me plan for classes?

Absolutely! You can contact your assigned advisor or you can call, email, or chat with a full-time advisor in our Academic Advising Office. The Academic Advising Office is open M-F from 8am-4:30pm and can be reached at 603-645-9630, academicadvising@snhu.edu, or via Live Chat here

Accessibility

Can I still meet with my accommodations specialist?

Our Campus Accessibility Center is available to meet virtually to discuss accommodations for any student with a documented disability. You can contact the office at cac@snhu.edu or by calling 603-644-3118.

Textbooks

How do I get my books if I’m not on campus?

The SNHU Bookstore is available to shop online for 20FADAY, 20DY01 AND 20DY02.  At this time, we are shipping all orders to customers for free.  This is for standard shipping within the United States. We also have a wide variety of digital e-books available for purchase or rent. If you need any supplies for your classes, we have a large variety to choose from. To place an order or view the course requirements please visit www.snhu.bncollege.com This link opens in a new window.

What if I still have my 20SPDAY book rentals?

Due to the pandemic, most students have had to return their rentals to the bookstore through USPS or UPS. We still have a significant number of books outstanding. If you know you still have your rental books, please email the bookstore at sm8075@bncollege.com and ask for your order number, so you can print a label to mail it back. If you prefer to ship it through the post-office please ship the books to SNHU Bookstore, 2500 North River Road, Manchester, NH 03104.
