What do I do if I don’t have reliable internet or a laptop?

The CARE Team on campus has been able to assist some students through a Loaner Laptop program and by providing wifi hotspots as they are available. If you would like to request either of these support services, please email CAREteam@snhu.edu and someone will get back to you shortly and provide support when possible.

What if I need IT support from the IT Service Desk?

Can I get some help with using Office 365 tools?

SNHU gives you access to many Microsoft tools with Office 365, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and more.
