This LibGuide outlines the policies and procedures for off-campus students, faculty & staff utilizing the services and resources of the Shapiro Library.

Am I Eligible for Off-Campus Library Services?

Off-Campus Library Services (OCLS) are provided for currently enrolled Continuing Education undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff whose centers of record are outside of Manchester, NH; for COCE (College of Online and Continuing Education) and Cohort Program students and faculty living outside of Manchester, NH; and for Overseas Students and their SNHU employed faculty. The Shapiro Library’s home web page within the mySNHU Portal acts as a gateway to its resources and services. 

When Can I Start Using the Library's Databases and When Does My Remote Access End?

Enrolled Students:

Remote access starts on the beginning date of your first class and ends 364 days after the final date of your last term.

Active Adjunct Faculty:

Remote access begins 90 days before the start date of the course that you have been assigned to teach and ends 1 year after the final date of your last assigned class.
