Reference & Research Help (Ask a Librarian)

The Reference & Research Help service at the Shapiro Library functions as a teaching and learning service point for all University students, faculty and staff. Our role is to guide, teach, and support users in their pursuit of knowledge and lifelong learning. Staffed by professional librarians and library faculty, we assist users with utilizing library resources and tools, conducting research and learning the research process, evaluating information and field general questions about citation styles and plagiarism.

SNHU Librarians are available for assistance in the following ways:

Our contact information and chat buttons are embedded on every library website page and can also be found in many of our databases while searching. Reach out to us for help early in your research process, we are happy to help!

*Users will work with non-SNHU librarians via our Chat 24/7, when it is outside the SNHU Reference Desk hours.

Ask a Librarian! Do you want to ask us a question? Use the chat feature below to be connected with a librarian!
