Resources for Information about Countries
Shapiro Library has many electronic and print resources that are helpful in finding economic, political, business, and cultural information about different countries throughout the globe.
This guide is divided into three content categories.
Electronic Resources- databases or websites that are selected by the librarians at Shapiro Library and for which the library pays a fee for access. These are limited to SNHU students, faculty and staff.
Recommended Websites - websites that are reviewed by librarians and in review sources and found to be helpful and reliable. This section is divided into three subsections - Academic Portals; Government sites providing multiple country snapshots and International Organizations. These are free and available to all users.
Print Sources - books, magazines, journals and newspapers that are in print and available in Shapiro Library. Circulating material is available to anyone with sign out privileges at Shapiro Library.
