In this section, you will:

  • Locate additional information and services provided by the library, including library guides and databases (Library Services)

  • Explain basic functionality of a library article database (Academic Libraries)

  • Explain the role of the librarian in supporting student learning and research (Library)

  • How do I get in touch with them/Communicate with them; What kinds of support can they provide/How can I get help from them

  • Explain the departments, spaces, locations of materials and people in the library (Library)

  • Identify the Collections Department, Reference Department, and Circulation Department in both ground and virtual spaces, including locations of materials (academic catalogue, where are records kept, fiction, gaming systems, etc.)
