NOTE: The WLLC building is currently closed. Please check our library homepage for updates on how long the library will be closed. Librarians are still available by email, phone, and the 24/7 chat. For more information about library services during this time, please read the update provided on the SNHU COVID site This link opens in a new window (SNHU Login Required).
24/7 Live Chat
Chat with a librarian using the "Chat 24/7 with a Librarian" button at the top right corner of this page.
NOTE: The live chat is monitored by SNHU librarians during the References Services hours. When the SNHU librarians are off duty, we have a 24/7 chat reference service, staffed by academic librarians throughout the United States and the United Kingdom, that helps us to provide reference and research help to our SNHU community. Please review the FAQ: What is the 24/7 Chat with a Librarian service? for more information on this service.
Please note that priority is given to Southern New Hampshire University students, faculty, or staff and to questions about the Shapiro Library's resources and services.
