Interlibrary Loan (ILL) expands access to materials beyond what is held locally at the Shapiro Library. Using OCLC’s Tipasa, requests are processed for both borrowing (items requested by SNHU users from other institutions) and lending (items supplied by Shapiro Library to other libraries). The data below shows total borrowing and lending activity for FY25, along with trends across the year.
