About these measures
The Engagement & Events measures reflect how members of the SNHU community connect with the library online and through programming. Webpage session data, reported from GA4, captures visits to library-managed sites and reflects overall interest in library resources. Multi-Search query counts come from EBSCO’s discovery interface and indicate how often users search for materials, showing activity trends rather than unique users. Attendance for the Library Speaker Series is drawn from provider reports and reflects participation in live events hosted through the consortium. Digital badges, recorded in LibWizard, represent tutorial completions and recognize learners for achieving specific milestones in information literacy and research skills.
