The Library Data Dashboard shows how the Shapiro Library supports learners, faculty, and staff through its collections, services, and programs. It combines usage data from Springshare, OpenAthens, and vendor reports to give a clear view of activity and impact.
The figures highlight where and how the library is used, the reach of online resources, and how we engage the SNHU community through reference, events, and digital badges. Each section explains what the numbers represent and how to read them.

How to Use This Dashboard
This dashboard reports data for FY25 (July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025).
- Data is compiled once per fiscal year. Measures covering less than a full year are marked as partial.
- Sources include Springshare platforms, OpenAthens authentication, vendor reports, and internal tracking.
- Figures reflect overall activity and engagement rather than counts of unique users. Geographic data may be influenced by VPN use or travel.
- Use the left navigation menu or the boxes above to open each section. Each page contains charts, highlights, and short notes to help interpret the numbers.
