Impact Stories
The Impact Stories section highlights meaningful ways the library contributes to the SNHU community. This first story focuses on student success outcomes connected to library use. Future stories may examine different forms of student engagement, such as badge completions, reference interactions, and voice-of-the-customer trends, to better understand how library involvement relates to learner success.
Success Rates by Library Usage
This study looks at Global Campus learners during the 2025 C2 term. It reviews course success rates for students who use the library compared to those who do not. The analysis includes demographic slices such as race, gender, vertical, and transfer credit band. The work was completed by the UX Research & Design team and authored by researcher Amy Finamore.
